I’ve had the Iron Oak 44 smoker for just about a year now and I absolutely love it! It is a great size for my small family and also big enough to make enough food for a gathering (I’ve done 4 8lb pork shoulders at 1 time) but not so big it takes a ton of wood every time . It also looks amazing, it’s a statement piece in my yard for sure. I would add a second thermometer which is an option, but that’s about it, it’s great as is!
